Pastoral Council:
Works to provide a structure for implementing the pastoral mission of Christ and the Church to all people within its reach.

Buildings and Grounds Committee:
Plans and implements a maintenance program for the parish properties. They also handle small repairs including painting, basic carpentry, electrical, plumbing, etc.

Festival Committee:
This group plans, coordinates volunteers and implements all aspects of the Family Fun Festival.

Finance Committee:
This group brings together persons knowledgeable in business, finance, law, accounting, insurance, etc., along with persons from the parish at large. They come together to contribute the needed administrative skills and support to sustain the parish family and the variety of ministries carried on by the parish.

Five Saints West:
Is a planning group represented be 3 lay members and the pastoral leader from each member parish. The planning group consists of four parishes with five saints names: St. Christopher's, St. Vincent's, St. Mary's- Scottsville, St. Columba's- St. Patrick's- Caledonia.

Golden Agers:
Any senior citizen is invited to attend the meetings and social events. Meetings are held the 4th Tuesday of each month.

Human Services Committee:
This group reaches out to the human, spiritual and social justice needs of those within the parish family and in the broader sense, to all members of God's family. Some of the programs are: clothing and food collections, Christmas Tree of Light.

Liturgy Committee:
This group is composed of members of our community who, through prayer and education, seek to strengthen and enrich the faith life of out parish as expressed in our worship.

Parish Life Committee:
Promotes a strong parish family by coordinating the involvement of the people in the spiritual, social and financial activities of the parish. This committee works in conjunction with all other parish committees. Some of the activities they are involved with are: Sunshine club, Coffee Hour, Welcoming Sunday, Picnics, etc.
